I envisioned this dress to be perfect for a slightly breezy day, frolicking around the sandy beach.
Wouldn’t that picture be perfect with an ocean in the background?
This dress was constructed much like my Party in the Back dress, only with ruffles all over. I drew out a pattern for a basic pillowcase dress, cut it out with some knit, then sewed on waves of knit ruffles.
She just loves it! And I love it on her.
So dreamy.
Thanks for the information your article brings.
All three dresses are almost as cute as the models wearing them!!!<br />You do such a great job!
Another great style. I do know if you can't go to the beach for awhile go and take pictures in a wheat feild. You get the fun wind effect in those pictures and it will also make the dress stand out even more. But that dress is already amazing I think it would be impossible to make it look any better.
My girls would LOVE a dress like this one! So pretty!
