The BEST Blue Matcha Latte with Butterly Pea Powder

Drink up all the health benefits of this blue matcha latte with butterfly pea powder. Learn how to make this colorful hot drink full of flavor and antioxidants! It is an absolute delight!


  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/21 teaspoon butterfly pea powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup or sweetener of choice

Optional Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon


  1. Heat up your milk, until the temperature you desire.  Stir frequently to avoid scorching the pan.
  2. Add your heated milk, butterfly pea powder and sweetener to a blender or a cup big enough to whisk vigorously.
  3. Blend until all blue clumps are dissolved and you have a layer of froth to devour.
  4. Pour into your cup or mug. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon.  Enjoy!
