Lunch break! Make that midday meal the best it can be with these free lunch menu planning printables.
Have you heard this saying – If you do not plan, you plan to fail.
That could pretty much be the motto of my lunch, every day.
I typically serve up lunch failure by throwing anything I can scrounge up into my kids lunches. Then when I feel hungry at noon and the day is getting busier and busier, I grab a handful of this and a handful of that, and then about 4:00 pm I wonder why I am having an energy crash.
Enough is enough. After completely changing my morning ways with my Breakfast 2 week rotation menu plan, I decided why not lunch as well?
Be sure to check out my free breakfast menu planning printables and tips for how I work this 2 week system, and then join me at making more intentional lunch choices for a healthier and more enjoyable midday break.
Explore the printable options below and find the ones that will work best for you. I hope you are able to enjoy these printables as much as I have!
And be sure to print lots of shopping lists and weekly menu pages which I use to plan out my weekly dinners meals that change weekly. After putting my breakfasts and lunches on a 2 week rotating schedule for months now, I’ve found I’m saving money on groceries, wasting less food, spending less time in the kitchen and fueling myself and my family with much more nutritional whole foods.
