Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

Real food ingredients come together in this delicious and nutritions Fall time Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl.  




1 cup Almond Milk

1/2 cup plain yogurt or dairy free yogurt

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (totally optional)

Splash of vanilla extract



slice almonds

cacao nibs

drizzle of honey

dash of cinnamon


Combine all smoothie ingredients into a blender.

Blend at high speed until smooth and creamy.

Pour smoothie into a bowl or a cup and top with desired toppings.

Eat up!  Could it get any easier than that?!
