Welcome, welcome to this years French Farmhouse Christmas Home Tour!

I’ve been inspired by the Christmas homes in this tour for years and to be among these ladies who are design pros is very humbling.

ENTRY WAY

If you were to come upon my front door, here is the first thing you would see. Of course, I cleaned up the shoes and coats from 4 kids for you. Wasn’t that nice?!

This year I decided to embrace simplicity in my Christmas decorating. I am calling it a “French Farmhouse Christmas” because of the few French accents you’ll find throughout the rooms, mixed in with fresh greenery.

LIVING ROOM

I worked the hardest on the living room this year and made a few bigger design changes, which I am really pleased with. My biggest change was with the rug.

My biggest change was with the rug. THIS fluffy beauty came from Rugs USA, and I finally got one that is big enough for the space – an 11 x 14. I knew it needed to be white to go with our latest floor refinish and to suit my style better.

MASTER BATHROOM

When I was at The Vintage Whites Market this year, I found a lady with a stand full of unique purple vintage bottles. I helped myself to a bag full.

When I told my friends they would be perfect for my Christmas decor, I swear I saw a cringe behind their “Oh ya. That would be so pretty” statement.
