  1. Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. On a preheated skilled, pour a fist size amount of batter.
  3. Quickly tilt the skillet around, spreading out the batter evenly into a circle.
  4. When bubbles begin to form in batter, it is ready to flip.
  5. Cook until edges are golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of toppings and fillings, or keep in the fridge for up to a week to use as leftovers.
