Roasted Grapes on Baguette

Whip up these juicy roasted grapes, slather on some fancy cheese, drizzle with balsamic glaze and say "Baguette".  Easiest appetizer set to wow a crowd!

Ingredients

  • sliced baguette
  • goat cheese or brie cheese
  • red grapes
  • balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Roast or toast sliced baguettes until slightly browned and perfectly crunchy.  Let cool.
  • Slice grapes in half
  • Roast in oven at 425 degrees until they begin to brown, bubble and sweat
  • Assemble appetizer by spreading cheese on baguette, topping with 2-3 roasted grapes, and topping with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  • Devour.  Or share . . . it's up to you.
