A quick and easy recipe for making delicious Roasted Dandelion Root Tea on the stove top!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons roasted dandelion root

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, add 2 cups of water and 1-2 tablespoons of roasted dandelion root.
  • Cover the saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  • Simmer covered for 10-15 minutes.
  • Strain the dandelion root from the water.
  • You should be left with about 1 cup of tea.
  • Add any desired mix-ins such as milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon or turmeric.
  • Enjoy!
