When it comes to spring cleaning and decorating, don’t forget to spruce up the bedroom spaces! I am sharing ideas and inspiration to help the coziest spaces in our homes feel refreshed for the beautiful spring season.
Spring seems to be dragging its feet around here. The fields and mountains are still white with snow. It’s been a beautiful winter, but I am so, SO ready for sunny skies and warmer days. I want to throw open the windows and breathe in the fresh air! So, while it may not look like spring outside, I’m getting ready to welcome the new season with a spring bedroom refresh.

#1: Wash All Linens and Dust All Surfaces
To kick off the new spring season, I like to give all of my linens a good wash. Blankets, new sheets, and pillow covers. It feels great to have everything fresh and clean!
I also like to get all of my furniture wiped down and decluttered.
Tip: A lint roller makes a great duster for fabric surfaces. I use mine to collect dust from the upholstered headboard and lamp shades.
#2: Lighten up the Bedding
It’s time to put away some of those extra winter layers. I like to remove some of the extra pillows and blankets from my bed. I want this room to feel light and fresh for spring.
#3: Sleep in 100% Pure Linen Sheets
Winter, spring, summer, or fall, 100% pure linen sheets are my favorite. They just feel so good! I totally adore my dreamy new linen sheet set from Saphyr.
I’ve been a big fan of Saphyr Linen for years. Remember the first time I tried their 100% linen sheets and fell madly in love? I still love them today! Some things never change.
Notice those rustic edges on the pillow cases? Could anything be more perfect?! I can’t get over them.
I used their Calming Cream sheets and duvet cover this time. They are stunning!
#4: Use Warmer Toned Whites
I love the bit of warmth that these creamy white linen sheets bring to my bedroom. It feels like spring! Normally, my go-to is a crisp white color for sheets and bedding.
But after trying the warmer white in this space, it might be my new favorite.
#5: Add Accent Pillows and Blankets with Spring Vibes
A little bit of color can really bring the feeling of spring inside. The pop of green from this blanket is perfect for the new season.
And this floral accent pillow makes a sweet addition to our spring bedroom.
#6: Swap out Art
Changing out the art on your walls is an easy way to transition a room from one season to the next. I like to have a few different prints that fit my frames. I shared some of the sites that I like to use to purchase vintage artwork here.
One quick print change and we’re ready for Spring! I also had to display this beautiful framed flower my daughter made me for Christmas.
#7: Add Fresh Flowers . . . Obviously
Nothing says spring like fresh flowers! It’s surprising how their addition can transform an entire room. This time of year, I like to get some simple spring tulips or other plants from my local grocery store.
Tip: Rearranging grocery store bouquets, like I did here, can you get you multiple bundles of flowers to spread throughout your home.
We’ve been missing the magic of flowers for too long! Placing a few floral arrangements around my home always cheers me up.
