Place all ingredients in a blender. I place the frozen ingredients in the blender first, then top it off with the milk, peanut butter, and cocoa powder.
If you want it thicker, which is better for smoothie bowls, add some more frozen bananas or frozen veggies.
If you want it thinner for a drink, add a little more milk.
