Try this nutrition-packed healthy chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie bowl next time you are craving something cool and chocolaty. You're going to love it!
Ingredients
For the smoothie:
1cupmilkalmond, cashew, dairy, kefir, etc.
1frozen banana
½cupfrozen zucchini
½frozen cauliflower florets
1 to 2Tablespoonsof Peanut Buttersugar-free preferred
1 to 2Tablespoonsof Cocoa Powder
For toppings:
Granola
Peanut butter
Honey drizzle
Peanut butter drizzle
Sliced bananas
Chocolate shavings
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and it's ready to serve!
Notes
If you want it thicker, which is better for smoothie bowls, add some more frozen bananas or frozen veggies. If you want it thinner for a drink, add a little more milk.
Drink in a cup or pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings for a delicious smoothie bowl.
