Natural Heat Protectant Spray for Hair

Save your hair and your money by making this homemade natural heat protectant for hair. This recipe is simple, effective and easy to make. You'll never go back to the store-bought stuff again!

Equipment

  • Small spray bottle

Ingredients

  • About 2 oz water
  • 1/2 teaspoon carrier oil of your choice (see recommendations below)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure Aloe Vera Gel
  • About 20 drops essential oils of your choice (see recommendations below)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small spray bottle and shake right before ready to use.
  • Spray on wet or dry hair. Mist lightly to avoid making hair too greasy.
  • Spray right before blow drying or styling with heat tools.
  • Style your hair as usual.

Notes

Remember to re-shake the bottle before each use!
