Ingredients

SMOOTHIE

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or dairy free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup totally optional
  • Splash of vanilla extract

TOPPINGS

  • granola
  • slice almonds
  • cacao nibs
  • drizzle of honey
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine all smoothie ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend at high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl or a cup and top with desired toppings.
