Class valentines – do you love them or hate them?

I admit, I love making class valentines. But I could do without the piles of sugary candy that usually come with them.

Supplies for this Colorful Valentine Idea

  • Crayons, colored pencils or colored pens
  • Tape (if using boxes of crayons or colored pencils)
  • Ribbon, twine or somethings to use to tie (if using pens)
  • A hole punch (if using pens)
  • Scissors

How to Assemble Your Valentines

To finish making these darling valentines, all you need to do is cut them out and attach them to your gift of choice.

For the boxes of colored pencils and crayons, I just taped the cards right to the box. For the pens, I used a hole punch to make a hole. I then used some cute ribbon to tie the pens and the card together.

If you want to include to/from names on your cards, simply write them on the back.

And that’s it. All done! How’s that for a simple, cute, colorful valentine idea?
